FRESH MELON QUENCHERS
Add a spoonful o f yogurt to make this drink
creamy without being heavy, or add a splash o f
vodka to turn it into a cocktail. Finish with a
Frozen Melon Drink Skewer—the skewers can
also dress up your favorite flavored water, as
shown above in the second drink from right.

inch slice fresh ginger, grated
Plain low-fat yogurt

to2tsp.honey
Shredded lime peel (optional)
Plain orflavored sparklingwater
Frozen Melon Drink Skewers,
right
In blender container combine melon
puree, ice cubes, ginger, a teaspoon or two of
yogurt, and honey. Blend just until mixture is
frothy and smooth. Pour into serving glass.
Add additional honey to adjust sweetness.
Stir in lime peel to taste. Add sparklingwater
to fill glass. Serve with Frozen Melon Drink
Skewers. Serve immediately.
